First double of the season.

Once again Rudy´s call have contribute to a fine Redfox double, got them in range in the same field and dropped them 2 feet from eachother with 5 minutes between. Thanks Rudy for making these awesome calls that literally pull the Foxes out in the open. Took my stand in an old barn with my old faithful .222 with 40gr Sierra Varminter bullets, had some birds spooked first but after a few minutes it all settled down and i did some calling and the first one came in a little nervous and i dropped him at 120 yards, just 1 minute after i saw the other one jumping up on a hay roll about 500 yards away. I moved the gun a bit and then did some really raspy rabbit screams and he just launched in my direction, when he came in wind of the first fox he crossed over the field and stopped at the very same spot and i dropped him there right in front of the first one. It looks to be a good season as i´ve seen plenty of young foxes in the fields on our hunting area.
