Hunting with birds?

It´s a really special way to hunt using birds of prey, i know in some countries here in Europe it´s allowed to use Falcons for Rabbit hunting. This clip though i think they´ve taken it a bit too far when hunting Roedeer with what looks to me as an Eagle. I came across this clip this morning and im not sure were it´s taken probably somewhere here in Europe as im pretty sure it´s an European Roedeer thats targeted.
